We divided this horizontally spread house into two main living spaces in the entrance floor. The front section had the sea front and thus the sitting area, terraces, eating spaces, and entrance were placed in this area. The other space was positioned behind the stairs, overlooking the backyard, and was planned to be used as service spaces. This area that included the guest bathroom, room for the help, pantry entrance, and kitchen was rendered accessible from the backyard. On the upper level, parents’ room, children’s room and guest room were placed. The back façade included the guest restroom and the laundry room.
