Finolhu Island, located in the Maldives, is a reclaimed island. The project has an island area of 25,000 m2 and consists of 50 villas in total. 34 of them “Water Villas” and 26 are “Beach Villas”. Finolhu is a hotel complex that includes a welcoming area, restaurants, bar, spa, shops, diving center, beach, and children's playgrounds. Apart from the ultra-luxury holiday style in the Maldives, it has an approach that emphasizes nature with its simple design language and it is designed by targeting a more diverse community. In the design of Finolhu Island Hotel Project, natural materials were preferred and a palette consisting of mainly blue and green colors brought by the island geography was preferred.
