Located in Libadiye, Istanbul, the office building of 30,000 square meters was built on a plot of 3,600 square meters. The steel-structured glass volume, which divides the building into two, adds a monumental quality to the entrance in terms of its scale, while it is designed as a transition area where the connection with the outside world is not interrupted with its transparency.
Throughout this mass, the bridges created on each floor provide a transition between the blocks. On the bridges, communal terraces overlooking the courtyard section of the building were created. Thus, against the traditional plaza understanding with unopened joinery and open common area; a transparent structure has been achieved with high-tech glasses that have fresh air access, are used on the façade and provide energy efficiency.
