SunBay Park Hotel & Resort is the first 5-star apart-hotel in Vietnam. It has been designed as a large complex that includes facilities such as a commercial center, shopping center, beach, speciality restaurants and cinema. The hotel, which is planned to reflect the holiday concept and design approach on the Mediterranean coast of Europe in Vietnam, consists of three towers and includes 3300 rooms, all of which have sea views.
 

In order to break the feeling of coldness brought by the height of the towers, a spacious color palette consisting of light colors was preferred while the project was designed, while natural materials such as bamboo, oak, hazeran and handmade ceramics were used.
